Shipping

  • UAE Orders: Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details. We aim to ship the next day, though orders placed after 6PM will be processed the following business day. Please note, public holidays or extreme weather may cause delays.
  • Shipping Fees: Free UAE shipping on orders over AED 350. Shipping fees for GCC and international orders will be calculated at checkout upon completion of your address, all import and custom fee will be borne by the customer in addition to the purchase price.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: UAE: 1–2 business days | GCC: 3–5 business days | International: 7–10 business days.
  • All orders are fully tracked, and a tracking code will be shared once your package has been dispatched.
 

Returns and Exchanges

Given the handmade nature of our products and the time it takes to craft each piece , we are unable to accept returns of the products but we gladly offer exchanges within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be accommodated.

Our Exchange procedure

  • Email info@klatesse.com with your Exchange request and reason, including any relevant photos if the item is damaged. Our Products are all handmade so there will be slight variances to add to its uniqueness i.e. colour and print.
  • Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
  • We recommend referring to our size chart before ordering to reduce exchange needs.
  • Exchanges will incur a flat fee of AED 30 for pickup and redelivery in the UAE.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with all original labels intact and in their original packaging Intact. Soiled or used items will not be accepted.
  • For international returns, please contact us at info@klatesse.com.
  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item has been returned to us, we will process the return accordingly. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and our return address will be provided once you get in touch.

Our Exchange procedure

Please email info@klatesse.com to request an exchange, letting us know the issue and required size. If the size requested is unavailable, we unfortunately won’t be able to process an exchange. In this case, we will provide you with a store credit to be used within 3 months.

Terms of Service

Kla Tesse LLC-FZ is a UAE-registered company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of clothing, accessories, personalised products, and other goods (“Products”) from www.klatesse.com (“Website”).


By placing an order on our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Kla Tesse LLC-FZ


These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to UAE law.

1. Orders & Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
Acceptance of your order occurs only when your order is dispatched. In rare cases, an item may be unavailable due to inventory errors. If this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify you immediately.

2. Product Information

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, colours, and images are accurate. However:
  • Actual colours may vary depending on screen settings
  • Natural variations may occur in materials (including texture, dye, and finish)
  • Each product may have slight differences due to manufacturing processes

Such variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable
  • Total order cost, including delivery fees, will be shown at checkout
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time

For international payments, currency conversion is handled by your payment provider, and we are not responsible for exchange rate differences.

5. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes:

  • Are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or sale items (unless stated otherwise)

6. Promotional & Limited Items
Limited edition, seasonal, or promotional items may be subject to additional restrictions, including limited availability and non-restock conditions.

7. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or transport disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Government restrictions

8. Returns & Store Credit Policy
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for eligible items only
  • Personalised items and sale items, are non-returnable unless incorrect or faulty
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and original packaging attached
  • Refunds are not provided; eligible returns are issued as store credit
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

9. Faulty Or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty or incorrectly personalised:

  • We will offer a replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Issue store credit if a replacement is not possible

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

10. Store Credit

  • Store credit is issued once returned items are inspected
  • Processing time: 1-2 working days after receipt
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

11. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal data collected through the Website is used solely for order processing, customer service, and operational purposes.
We do not:

  • Store full payment card details
  • Sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties

Only the last four digits of payment cards may be retained for reference.
