Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. If you are outside the UAE, please email us at info@klatesse.com and we will let you know whether we can deliver to you.

Processing your order

In this policy, business days means Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UAE time) on a business day are processed that day.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on a Sunday or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
  • Most orders are ready for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
  • Pre-order and made-to-order items are prepared after you order and need 5–10 business days before dispatch.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

Pre-order and made-to-order items take their 5–10 business days of preparation, plus the courier transit time above. Public holidays, extreme weather or courier delays may extend these times. All orders are fully tracked, and we’ll email you a tracking code once your package has been dispatched.

The total cost of your order, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices and shipping fees are in AED, and no VAT is added. Payment is taken online at checkout. We don’t offer cash on delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Each Kla Tesse piece is handmade, and each takes time to craft, so we don’t accept returns or give refunds. We do offer exchanges within 10 calendar days of delivery on selected products. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or offer store credit.

Exchanges depend on your chosen size or print being in stock. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering to reduce the need for an exchange.

Exchange conditions

  • Request your exchange within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be accommodated.
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Soiled or used items will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges carry a flat fee of AED 30 for pickup and redelivery within the UAE.

How to request an exchange

  1. Email info@klatesse.com, message us on WhatsApp or call +971 55 162 6489. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and the size or print you’d like instead.
  2. We’ll reply within 48 hours to confirm.
  3. We arrange a courier pickup from your address and email you a printable shipping label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we send out your exchange.

If the size or print you’d like isn’t available, we can’t process the exchange. We’ll offer store credit instead.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or other supporting evidence. We’ll send a replacement, subject to availability, or issue store credit if a replacement isn’t possible. We cover the pickup cost for these items.

Handmade variation

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, colours and images are accurate. Actual colours may vary depending on your screen settings, and natural variations may occur in materials, including texture, dye and finish. Such variations are not considered defects. Each product is unique and hand printed, which means there will be differences, and these are celebrated.

Store credit

  • Store credit is issued instead of a refund when an exchange can’t be completed, when a faulty or incorrect item can’t be replaced, or when an order is cancelled before it ships.
  • It is added to your account 1–2 working days after we receive and inspect your item.
  • It is valid for 3 months, can be used on any future purchase, is non-transferable and can’t be redeemed for cash.

We don’t refund to the original payment method.

Cancelling or changing an order

You can cancel or change your order until it ships. Please email us or message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. Cancelled orders are issued as store credit. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled.

Kla Tesse L.L.C-FZ is a UAE-registered company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of clothing, accessories, personalised products, and other goods (“Products”) from www.klatesse.com (“Website”).

1. Orders & Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Acceptance of your order occurs only when your order is dispatched. In rare cases, an item may be unavailable due to inventory errors. If this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify you immediately.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, colours, and images are accurate. However:

  • Actual colours may vary depending on screen settings
  • Natural variations may occur in materials (including texture, dye, and finish)
  • Each product may have slight differences due to manufacturing processes

Such variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AED. Kla Tesse is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to prices or shipping fees.
  • Total order cost, including delivery fees, will be shown at checkout
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time
  • For international payments, currency conversion is handled by your payment provider, and we are not responsible for exchange rate differences.

4. Shipping & Returns

5. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes:

  • Are subject to specific terms and validity periods
  • Are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or sale items (unless stated otherwise)

6. Promotional & Limited Items

Limited edition, seasonal, or promotional items may be subject to additional restrictions, including limited availability and non-restock conditions.

7. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

8. Returns & Store Credit Policy

Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or give refunds. Exchanges and store credit are offered as set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

9. Faulty Or Incorrect Items

Claims for faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. We will offer a replacement (subject to availability), or issue store credit if a replacement is not possible, as set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

10. Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 3 months, can be used on any future purchase, is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected through the Website is used solely for order processing, customer service, and operational purposes.

We do not:

  • Store full payment card details
  • Sell or rent personal data

Only the last four digits of payment cards may be retained for reference. We share personal data with third parties only where needed to run our business, such as payment, delivery and website providers. Full details are in our Privacy & Cookie Policy below.
